The Board of Directors of Al Nassr Club appointed an Italian sports strategist, Guido Fienga, who had spells with Roma before. The CEO role defines a soccer club in getting where it wants to be. Therefore, this appointment will do the club the world of good!

The club aspires to broaden its worldwide fan base and elevate its local and international standing. With unique strategies, Fienga could be the perfect man to increase the club’s popularity through various commercial deals and other tactical market moves. With the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 going in full flow, the Saudi Pro League keeps growing rapidly. Fienga is one of the respected names in soccer and took a prominent role with some of the top European soccer clubs.

His expertise of more than 25 years proved to be fruitful, and he worked with top European Leagues and Federations. With the Italian club Roma, he served various distinct roles with the club from 2013 to 2018. According to Al Nassr’s official statement, his period as a Managing Director of Wind Telecommunications Group and other Italian Financial Institutions stands out. Fienga will take over the CEO role of Al Nassr Soccer Club in the coming days. Ronaldo also liked the tweet from the club’s official X page about the new CEO.

In fact, Fienga detailed his new role and looks excited to work with the soccer club. He stated, “I am proud to be part of the Vision 2030 plan – Fienga’s comment reported by the Al Nassr media -, and I am honored to bring managerialism and strategic support to this project.” The club’s progress is evident every day, with Ronaldo’s contract extension being a critical component of the developmental plan.

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to extend Al Nassr’s contract!

Currently, the Portuguese sensation earns $214.04 million, which expires in 2025. According to reports, Ronaldo will sign a $200 million extension with the club, taking his stint with Al Nassr to 2026. Significantly, with the 2026 World Cup hosted in the USA, Ronaldo could look to play for Portugal. Moreover, he could fulfill his dream of winning the World Cup for his country.
