Days After Celebrating Girlfriend Clara Chia Marti’s Birthday, Gerard Pique Set to Jet Off to USA to Fulfil 10-Day Clause With Shakira

In recent times, Gerard Pique and Clara Chia Marti have been the talk of the town. A few days ago, reports suggested that the soccer veteran had gone on a secret vacation with his partner. The destination was smartly planned in a way that the paparazzi could never reach them. The two of them took a break from their life in Spain to celebrate the PR student’s birthday in peace. Days after the vacation, a report claims that Pique will fly to the US soon to meet Shakira and the kids.

As Shakira relocated from Barcelona to the U.S., Pique’s lawyer explained the terms and conditions of their ‘separation agreement’.

When and why is Gerard Pique flying to America?

As per the agreement, the soccer veteran can stay with his kids for up to ten days a month. Additionally, he will get to spend 70% of his kids’ summer vacation with them. Apart from that, the kids will stay with their father during the three major academic breaks of the year, i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Recent reports suggest that Pique will be flying to the US in the near future. The soccer veteran will fulfill the monthly ten-day clause as mentioned in the agreement. As per La Vanguardia, Pique will fly to the US on April 26, 2023, to see his children. The FC Barcelona legend will seemingly reside in a hotel during his ten-day visit. He currently has no residence in the US.

On the contrary, if Pique ever decides to relocate permanently, these terms in the separation agreement will be null and void. The former celebrity couple will have to agree on a new separation agreement.

Interestingly, Pique’s trip to America will happen right after his surprise getaway with Clara Chia Marti.

Days ago, the FC Barcelona legend celebrated his new partner’s birthday at an exquisite location. As per the Mamarazzi podcast, the soccer legend reportedly took Chia Marti to the Middle East. It was an extremely remote location mainly so the paparazzi couldn’t follow them. The new couple seemingly wanted to spend a few moments of peace with each other.

However, the PR student has no choice but to fly back to Barcelona. While preparing the separation agreement, Shakira made sure that one clause is definitely in place. The clause was simply that her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend couldn’t meet Milan and Sasha. The pop singer seemingly wants her children to have absolutely no connection with Chia Marti.
