It must have been tough for either of them to face such a situation. While Lletget has already apologized for his wrongdoings, it seems Becky G hasn’t forgiven the soccer star. The pop star is yet to respond to the apology. While that doesn’t seem to be coming anytime soon, Becky G recently relayed an emotional post on social media.

Becky G gets emotional on social media

Time flies! What we saw growing up our whole childhood has changed drastically. And that’s what Becky has been a bit emotional about. Recently the singer shared an Instagram post that was actually a small clip of her. In the first part of the clip, a 2013-Becky could be seen singing. The clip soon transitioned and the 2023-Becky was seen performing.

This may seem reminiscent of the famous ten-year challenge that was widely followed by netizens. However, coming back to Becky’s ten-year challenge, the singer got quite emotional and shared the post with the caption, “Crying…”, recalling the good old days.

She won’t be the only one crying, as her fans would also be pretty upset about it. But the post surely made the netizens nostalgic, who also looked back at the legendary years of her singing. Moreover, this also gave her and the netizens a chance to think about something else than the split up.

Sebastian Lletget apologized for cheating

Becky G and Lletget started dating back in 2016. After being together for sweet six years, the couple tied the knot last December. However, news surfaced on the Internet subsequently with a netizen claiming to have evidence about Lletget’s infidelity. The user went to Instagram claiming about the wrongdoing at a Madrid-based club.

Many didn’t believe the source until Lletget himself confessed the wrongdoing on Instagram. “Over the last several weeks, during a moment I regret deeply, a 10-minute lapse in judgment resulted in an extortion plot,” he wrote. “Since this person did not get what they wanted it has now become a public social media spectacle filled with more lies than any truth and false posts aimed at the love of my life, the one person who I should never take for granted or put at risk.”

While confessing, the player also expressed his regret over his actions, “I am so sorry and know I have to do whatever it takes to earn back the trust and love you deserve.” Lletget also called Becky ‘light of my life’, his strength, and the one who has always loved him unconditionally.’
