With the 2023–24 season coming to an end, there is going to be a major turnaround at Al Nassr. The Knights of the Najd will hit the restart button in the new season while making significant changes within the squad. But instead of an arrival, we may get to see a potential departure as the attacking partner of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, is allegedly garnering interest from two different league-winning teams.
It has been just a year since Mane arrived in Riyadh from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023. However, his time might be coming to an end with the Yellow and Blue. As per the reports from the X account, @X99i3, the first club interested in acquiring the services of the winger is Al Qadsiah FC. Though the team used to compete in Saudi Arabian Division I, they are getting promoted and will play against Al Nassr next season. And who’s the second club?
Well, the second offer is rather an escape route for Mane to make a return to Europe. As per Sene News and compiled by X account @X99i3, Turkish giants Galatasaray will try to lure the Senegalese international. They also lifted the Trendyol Super Lig and will rightfully compete in the UEFA Champions League next season. Notably, Al Qadsiah will present him with a chance to unite with his national teammate, Mbaye Diagne, and fellow ex-European players like Luciano Vietto and Andre Carrillo.

Meanwhile, at Galatasaray, he will be sharing the locker room with the likes of Mauro Icardi, Hakim Ziyech, and Wilfried Zaha. Certainly, both offers look intriguing but it remains to be seen if either Al Nassr or Mane will accept it. Even if they do, it is lucky for Luis Castro and Co. as they already have a replacement.
Cristiano Ronaldo pursing Premier League duo to join Al Nassr
Weeks ago, reports circulated that Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva and Liverpool’s Luis Diaz are the latest names on Al Nassr’s radar. In fact, spearheading the efforts to convince either of the stars to arrive at Al Awwal Park is Cristiano Ronaldo. Aside from lucrative contracts, CR7 will himself urge the two forwards to don the same jersey alongside him.

Notably, Silva’s tenure with Manchester City concludes in 2026, while Diaz remains with Liverpool until 2027. Hence, Al Nassr will need to negotiate compensation for both players. While Silva has frequently been the subject of transfer speculation, with interest from major European clubs, Diaz’s potential move comes as a surprise.
Should Mane, who notched over 19 goals and 11 assists in over 42 appearances for Al Nassr, decide to bid farewell to Ronaldo and Co., both Diaz and Silva can be perfect replacements for the former Liverpool man.
