Al Nassr is in a very happy place after landing both senior and junior Cristiano in their camp. Cristiano Ronaldo has set the Saudi Pro League on fire this season and is also setting an example for his son. The 13-year-old star has also been scoring regularly and celebrating goals, but this time he decided to snub the iconic Siuu by performing Marcus Rashford’s trademark move in which he points two fingers to the side of his skull.
Cristiano Jr is already grabbing a lot of attention after signing with his new team in mid-October this year. The son has joined junior academies at the clubs his father plays for, like Real Madrid, Juventus, and even Manchester United. Nonetheless, his time at Al Nassr Academy is proving to be special, with many memories.

Cristianinho was an important part of the Al Nassr junior team’s recent 4-0 win against Al Adalah. The player plays for both the under-15 and under-13 teams, despite being 13 years old. After yesterday’s goal, the son of the Portuguese captain did a similar celebration to the ‘temple point‘ one as seen on Al Nassr’s X (previously Twitter). This famous temple celebration was started by Marcus Rashford last season. It became very popular among athletes, with players like Bukayo Saka and cricketer Jasprit Bumrah flaunting it too. But Cristiano Jr.’s version is a bit different, with two fingers pointing at his temple and the other hand indicating toward the ground.

Cristiano Jr. also seems to have a determined mentality, like his father, Cristiano Ronaldo. Apart from goals and celebrations, he also doesn’t let himself down in situations. Recently, he took on the opposition player by shutting him up when he tried to disturb him while taking a penalty. Rashford, who indicated this celebration as a symbol of having a fighting mentality, is well suited for the emerging star. Well done, Cristiano Jr.! You have the same mindset as your big man.

Signs of Jr. developing his style are already showing. Cristianinho chose his own celebration this time by not emulating his father’s style. On previous occasions, Cristiano Ronaldo revealed that he has given his son the freedom to follow his own path. However, the soccer legend still has a few restrictions on his son.

The 5-time Ballon d’Or winner does not allow Jr. to use a mobile phone. The player has also revealed that he does not like his son to eat junk food and needs him to work hard and focus on his goals. Ultimately, it looks like the advice is paying off, with the junior coming out victorious on the field yet again.
