Controversies are not a new affair for Cristiano Ronaldo‘s eldest sister, Elma Aveiro. The 51-year-old has vehemently fired back at her brother’s critics. She has blasted Portuguese reality TV shows and actors. Now, Elma is at the center of a supposed debacle involving CR7’s Al Nassr and Portugal jerseys. It has been alleged that the Portuguese star’s sister has been selling his jerseys that are not sold nationwide.

As per FamaeFofoca and To Carvalinho, Elma Aveiro sells Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr jerseys to her friends without an invoice. “These shirts, she [Elma Aveiro] says she buys them at the museum (CR7 in Madeira) and sells them to friends and people who want them. But she doesn’t sell them with an invoice or a certificate that they’re authentic,” (translated by DeepL) Carvalinho asserted. He further revealed that the CR7 Museum in Portugal has denied the sale of these jerseys to Elma Aveiro via emails and a phone call. Besides, the authenticity of the shirts Elma sold came under question because she sold Al Nassr’s blue-away jersey, which the CR7 museum does not sell.

Elma Aveiro has carried out these jersey sales through WhatsApp chats. As per the screenshots of these conversations, she has reportedly sold these shirts for $142 and $284 apiece. Whereas, most online shopping sites show these kits priced between $70 and $110 apiece. FamaeFofoca and Carvalinho added they will reveal more exclusive conversations with these customers. Anyhow, this is not the first time that someone from CR7’s household allegedly got involved in a jersey sale controversy. Back then, his brother Hugo sparked a similar story.
