It’s not often when you see Cristiano Ronaldo refusing to take a spot kick. The Al Nassr skipper loves scoring from the spot, with many of his goals coming from the high-pressure situations. However, it looks like Cristiano might have been in a giving mood earlier today, with the Portuguese gifting his penalty to Sadio Mane despite having the chance to edge one step closer to a hat trick.

The event happened in the first half of the contest against Al Khaleej, with Al Nassr already up by a goal. Sadio Mane was fouled inside the box in the 26th minute, which saw the referee point to the spot. However, rather than scoring his second goal, Cristiano passed the ball to Mane while encouraging him to double the team’s lead.

Cristiano Ronaldo, too looks in sublime form, with the Portuguese putting his team ahead by three goals with a stunning strike in the second half. A win tonight will see Al Nassr make it into the finals of the Kings Cup, with Al Hilal already securing their place with a win over Al Ittihad last night.

Can Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr get one over Al Hilal

While Cristiano Ronaldo had had a great run in Saudi Arabia, things usually come down crashing for him whenever his side is up against Al Hilal. The last game between the two teams saw the Al Nassr skipper combust as he elbowed Ali Al-Bulaihi in the chest, picking up a red card in the process.
