He shed the light on his beliefs that they did not respect him in the Manchester United club. Relations were sour, but that interview was the last straw. They parted ways and Cristiano Ronaldo embarked on a new journey.

He went to Saudi Arabia to play for Al-Nassr and simultaneously be 200 million dollars richer each year. It wasn’t a solid start but, now he is breaking records in the league. Ronaldo is proving his worth as he keeps on single-handedly winning Al-Nassr matches.

Yesterday Al-Nassr faced Damac and the pitch quickly turned into a slaughterhouse. In the 18th minute, Cristiano Ronaldo got the Penalty and without making any mistake he converted it. Two stunners in the 23rd and 44th minute meant the half was a Ronaldo show and Al-Nassr had a mammoth of a lead.

This magical aggressive performance brought Cristiano Ronaldo to a new pinnacle of the Saudi Pro League. His first-half hat trick is the only one scored in the first 45 minutes of the game. It was a sight to behold, it took only two matches from the Portuguese star to convert his doubters into fans.
Ever since he left Manchester United, many fans and soccer pundits were pointing fingers at him for the worst slump of his career. It seems he is out of that phase and will continue to rule the league. This performance will also impact the league’s plans to expand offers to international stars to come and play in Saudi Arabia.

Garth Crooks thrashed Cristiano Ronaldo
In a BBC Sport segment called Garth Crooks’ team of the week, Crooks took a direct hit at the former Manchester United striker. Gareth wrote to some length about how Cristiano Ronaldo had affected the game played in the club.
He wrote, “The England striker no longer has to play second fiddle to a player desperate to hang on to former glories who has far more interest in himself than the team. The problem has been removed and United looks like a proper football team again.”
