Who thought Ronaldo would get his own YouTube channel? Well, some thought about it as he launched his channel and garnered over a million subscribers in 90 minutes. Now, that’s ridiculous!

It showcases the influence of the man. While some might say Lionel Messi is the best in terms of soccer ability, Ronaldo cannot be unmatched by his charisma and personality – absolutely no one!

Significantly, the Portuguese superstar just took two hours to surpass Lionel Messi’s 18-year-old YouTube channel in new subscribers. At this moment, Messi’s channel has 2.33 million subscribers, while Ronaldo’s, wait for it, has 15.2 million subscribers. Yes, 15.2 million in just a day. That’s more than the population of the country, Belgium.

Hence, when his soccer career is on the ropes, he looks to carve out another revenue generation career side-by-side. In fact, he announced his arrival on YT on his social media accounts by stating, “The wait is over. My @YouTube channel is finally here! SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey.” 

Within a couple of hours of sharing his first video, the recently launched digital channel attracted a staggering 1.69 million subscribers. Digging deep into his social media following, Ronaldo has 112.5 million followers on the X platform, 170 million on Facebook, and 636 million on Instagram. Therefore, one might probably say this channel will keep growing in terms of revenue, subscribers, and quality content.

The video had 4.5 million views followed by 69k likes and 2.8k comments. Prepare to be amazed at Ronaldo’s numbers!

On the other hand, CR7 posted a video that received 9.8 million views and still counting. It has 1.1 million likes and around 60k comments. For your information, there is a Ronaldo GOAT button in the comments with 39k likes. The influence he has on people is astronomical. One can say similar to David Beckham.

The YouTube competition begins with Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner Georgina Rodriguez appearing in some videos. Meanwhile, Season 3 of ‘I am Georgina’ is about to air. The potential is through the roof and we could see Ronaldo coming out with new content.
