It seems that this particular company failed to deliver a luxury apartment to the woman in question.

The civil servant alleges that she acquired the apartment from Sculp but did not receive the promised delivery. In light of this, she has chosen to initiate legal action against both the company and Neymar’s father, a significant member involved in property sales meetings.  Consequently, she is now seeking a refund of $260,000, along with compensation for her troubles.

As the legal battle unfolds, all eyes are on Neymar’s father, awaiting his response and defense in this matter. So far, he has not issued any statements or comments regarding the case. On the other hand, his son has faced public ridicule on live television following his scandalous actions.

The latest controversial incidents involving Neymar entail alleged intimate texts exchanged with an OnlyFans model named Aline Farias. These private conversations were leaked on social media and revealed the Al Hilal forward’s request for explicit photographs. This occurrence has sparked numerous inquiries and received criticism from Brazilian soccer legend José Ferreira Neto during a live TV appearance.

Neto took the opportunity to mock Neymar, stating, “Brazil’s great idol, your idol, asking for nudes……This is the idol of the wonderful generation we have.” It appears that both father and son have found themselves embroiled in a troublesome situation lately.
