As predicted by many, Real Madrid won their 15th Champions League at the iconic Wembley Stadium. The Spanish giants sealed the game through goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr. However, the scoreline of 2-0 was not an accurate representation of the match. Now, coach Carlo Ancelotti has revealed his thoughts on Eden Terzic’s game plan.

In the post-match presser, Ancelotti said, “It was harder than we thought it would be.” Notably, Real Madrid found the Borussia Dortmund defense hard to break. Yet, the veteran manager stuck to his guns and played the Brazilian who was on medications. Ultimately, Vinicius proved to be the difference maker.
