While Neymar Jr. has been sidelined from soccer for months due to a terrible knee injury, the Brazillian star is still making headlines, but not for the best of reasons. Neymar’s love life has been a big talking point for a while now, with his on-again-off-again relationship with model Bruna Biancardi.

However, the couple now seems to be going strong following their rekindled relationship at Neymar’s birthday and with the recent announcement of their soon-to-be-born child. Amidst these happy moments though, rumors of Neymar’s infidelity have started making the rounds. To add further fuel, the PSG forward recently issued a public apology to Biancardi. Now, Biancardi has spoken up for the first time since the public apology.

Bruna Biancardi’s first message since the apology

Bruna Biancardi recently attended the wedding of her friend Bianca Coimbra where she was a maid of honor. Taking to Instagram, she shared a series of pictures from the wedding along with a loving message of congratulations for the happy couple. In her message, she showed her love for the couple and the “light, beautiful, full of love ceremony” they had.

Biancardi wrote, “Wasn’t with you from the beginning, but I promise to be forever now. Can you stand me?” She also promised to be there for her friend always and thanked her for inviting her to the wedding. Biancardi ended her message with the words, “I love you guys and the beautiful family you’ve built”.

While Biancardi’s message didn’t directly address the rumors of Neymar’s infidelity, it’s clear that she’s focusing on the positive things in her life.  However, it is certainly hard to ignore the drama that has surrounded their relationship.

Reports of Neymar’s infidelity scandal emerged on Sunday, alleging that he had engaged in an affair with influencer Fernanda Campos. Screenshots were provided as evidence, indicating that they had met in December and continued to flirt until Neymar reconciled with Bruna in January.

But, he allegedly told Fernanda that their relationship was complicated at the time. In June, when he returned to Brazil for a few days, Neymar asked Fernanda to go out with him. She stated she was unaware of his relationship status at the time. Following this, Neymar publicly apologized on Instagram for his mistakes and “unnecessary exposure”. He also reaffirmed his love for the model and their child.

“I don’t know if we’ll work out, but today, I assure you, I want to try. Our purpose will prevail, our love for our baby will win, our love for each other will make us stronger,” Neymar said. He acknowledged the pain they had both suffered due to public scrutiny and expressed his desire to stand by her side amidst it all. It is still to be seen how the couple will continue their relationship from here onwards.
