“Can You Get Me Her Number?” – Cristiano Ronaldo Sold His Luxurious Car at Half Price to Get Pussycat Dolls’ Member’s Number

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently living the best life with his family. The player has a beautiful girlfriend and is blessed with five adorable kids. He is quite a family man and responsibly takes care of his family. However, all this wasn’t even there when the player was single, yet he has enjoyed quite a popular bachelor’s life.

Back in the day, the player was quite a ladies’ man and dated some of the most beautiful women. Of course, the striker had his own charm which he still has today. Speaking of, recently, his former team’s masseur shared an anecdote about his Casanova nature.

Rod Thornley, who worked for Manchester United for 19 years between 2000 and 2019, recently sat down for the “Undr the Cosh” podcast with Jon Parkin and Chris Brown. There, Thornley revealed a bizarre request he got from Ronaldo.

A cheeky deal for Cristiano Ronaldo

In the podcast, Thornely opened up on how he acted as a wingman for Ronaldo. “We’re in March/April and he’s leaving for Real Madrid. We all know he’s off at the end of the season. So he says to me while the X Factor’s on, ‘who is this girl’?”

“It was Kimberly Wyatt from Pussycat Dolls. He says ‘can you get me her number?’ So I’m like ‘what’s in this for me? I’m getting you girls’ numbers from everywhere and I’m getting nothing out of this’.”

To that, Ronaldo replied, “’You like my car?’. “He had a Porsche Carrera convertible. He said ‘When I go to Real Madrid, I’ll sell it to you for half price’. It took me about 10 minutes to get her number.” Thornely was able to help Ronaldo get Wyatt’s number. “Sure enough, end of season comes and I say ‘Remember our deal?’ He says ‘Yeah’. I say ‘You sticking to it?’ and he says ‘Yeah’.

He further revealed what he did with the car. “I gave him 30 grand for a 60 grand car. Next day I sold it for 60 grand! I literally had it for one night. I went to his house, picked it up, put the money in his bank, sold it for £60,000 the next day and had a great holiday in the Maldives that summer.”

He also revealed he helped CR7 get the number of former X Factor judge Dannii Minogue. Either way, it was quite a brilliant deal for both parties, especially Thornely. Meanwhile, Ronaldo is going through problems on his domestic front.

Not the best life in Saudi Arabia

The life of Ronaldo at Al Nassr started on a high note. It has been more than three months since his arrival at the Saudi Arabian club. Since then, the 38-year-old has enjoyed quite a fair share of ups and downs.

The skipper recently endured a tough loss at the hands of Al Hilal, as his side lost 2-0 against the home side. This has caused a domestic slip-up, as they are now three points away from their archrivals, Al Ittihad. Furthermore, they have a game in hand, as they have a chance to extend their lead by six points.

Indeed, it’s a tough situation for them. Nevertheless, they’ll be looking to lead their way back up the table and close the gap alongside their new coach.
