Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez jumped onto the scene and condemned Messi on social media. Former Argentina star Sergio Aguero has now come to the defense of Argentine talisman Lionel Messi.

Argentina now knows that a win against Poland in their final group game will secure their place in the knockouts. They will go all out for an outright win the match to seal their fate on their own. On the other hand, Mexico too, needs a win to qualify.
