The manager of Inter Miami Phil Neville recently talked about what would it mean for the MLS to sign Lionel Messi in a talk with The Athletic.

They asked him would the signing would be bigger than Pele and David Beckham for New York Cosmos or Beckham to LA Galaxy. To which he replied, “I think it goes bigger than Inter Miami. I think it’s in MLS. It’s big for the MLS. I think this would be probably the biggest signing ever in American sports.

It is apparent that Inter Miami is ready to go all in when it comes to signing Lionel Messi. The main question that fans have is, would Messi ever come to MLS?
