Lionel Messi is preparing for the 2024 Copa America with a special companion. Over the past few days, a sleek bottle has been spotted in the hands of the Argentinian superstar during training sessions. For those unaware, this is La Pulga’s very own hydration drink, Mas+. Beyond his on-pitch preparations, the endorsement of his new venture is also in full swing as his national teammates have joined the promotion campaign, despite recent controversy with his rivals at PRIME.
The Inter Miami skipper recently shared a carousel post of three pictures where he seems to be training inside a gym. He was holding a pink colored bottle as he blinked and posed while drinking it. Below it, he wrote a caption saying, “🏋🏻♂️⚽️🇦🇷.” Interestingly, Rodrigo De Paul and Emiliano Martinez joined the comment section to praise the drink. As translated by DeepL, De Paul wrote: “I ordered more lemon please 🙏🏽.” Meanwhile, Dibu Martinez, playing for Aston Villa, commented, “Send me some of those for Birmingham 😍.”

It seems both La Albiceleste teammates are in awe of Messi’s ‘Positive Hydration’. Notably, Mas+ has been launched in four different favors. The pink-colored bottle is the ‘Miami Punch’ flavor, yellow-green is for ‘Limon Lime League’, blue is for ‘Berry Copa Crush,’ and orange-red is for ‘Orange d’Or.’ Indeed, some fascinating names will instantly catch the eye of soccer fans. The best part about the drink is that it is a mixture of ‘electrolytes, vitamins, and antioxidants, with natural flavor, no artificial sweeteners or colors’
Mas+ will be available exclusively in Miami for the next few weeks before being distributed globally starting in July and August. While many are waiting to drink it, others are rather criticizing it!

Those who have consumed PRIME and then will see Mas+ would relate to the recent commotion. Many are claiming that Lionel Messi’s latest venture has copied the design of the drink. KSI, who co-owns PRIME alongside Logan Paul isn’t happy with La Pulga’s new drink. In fact, recently, the professional boxer didn’t hold back from taking a dig at Messi. He shared a picture of Cristiano Ronaldo on Instagram, writing, “Speed was right, he [Ronaldo] is the goat.”

Additionally, in a recent stream, IShowSpeed, who previously forged an alliance with PRIME and is a hardcore CR7 fan, stated, “Bro, why is Messi trying to make a PRIME drink, bro? Why are you trying to steal my drink? Like me (pretending to be KSI) and Logan Paul started this sh*t from the ground up. And you’re trying to steal our sh*t?” Certainly, this isn’t the response that Messi was hoping for. However, the love from his national compatriots gives him a reason to just smile and drink Mas+.
