Javier Milei, the president-elect of Argentina is clear regarding his thoughts on Scaloni. He said, “It is very clear and self-evident that I want Scaloni to continue“. The president also highlighted the journey of Scaloni towards becoming Argentina’s coach. Milei stated, “I thought about how they were doubting him and that he couldn’t be the coach of the Argentine national team because he had no previous experience and after all, he was a world champion.” So it seems the president believes that Scaloni has the mental fortitude to rise up from his current issues.
