In the last decade and a half, FC Barcelona was one of the most fearful teams of all time. The Spanish club had some talented players who won prominent trophies for the club. However, one of its major players, Andres Iniesta, had to choose someone outside his former club as the best player instead of Xavi when asked.

Andres Iniesta has left FC Barcelona and the Spanish national team after winning the most significant trophies. And the interviewer took his opinion of the best player in the world without allowing him to name Messi. And to people’s surprise, it was David Silva. Iniesta said, “For me, I have always liked Silva very much. David Silva.”

The soccer fraternity considered David Silva one of the Spanish greats who won the World Cup in 2010 and Euro 2008 and 2012 with Iniesta for the national team.
