According to figures from the Principality Building Society’s Wales House Price Index for Q1, reported by the Leaders, the prices of houses saw an unfathomable jump of 9.6%. The average is now 288k USD. This rise is also unbelievable because it is only Wrexham that stood out. In the same time period, i.e. Q1 whole Whales’ average decreased by 1.6%.

Addressing the data Head of Distribution at Principality Building Society, said, “Much like the rest of the UK, housing market conditions in Wales are more subdued than in previous quarters. Future prices will be determined by key variables such as the movement of interest rates, inflation, and the impact of the cost-of-living crisis.

Even Wrexham Owner, Ryan Reynolds, just bought himself a home to stay when visiting Wrexham. According to reports, Reynolds invested 1.8 million in a home to stay with his family.
