The vacancy is for a “Fan Ambassador,” which was posted on the club’s LinkedIn profile. They have also added a few eligibility criteria to the job site.

The basic role of the fan ambassador is to act as a link between the fans and the clubs. Miami has listed some extensive duties and responsibilities for the job. It includes proactive and engaging guest assistance, demonstrating a guest service-oriented disposition, and maintaining knowledge of stadium operations and ticketing policies.
