To conclude such a star-studded season, the revolution initiators, Al Nassr will face last year’s champions Al Ittihad in their final fixture. The fixture is expected to be nothing less than a thriller. It was Al Ittihad that snatched last season’s title from favorites Al Nassr, and the club in yellow came back in December to thrash Karim Benzema and co 5-2. Injury and team news

Al Nassr: The Knights of Najd have faced a few consequences due to injuries this season. Despite talks of Anderson Talisca recovering soon, the Brazilian is not expected to feature in the match. Talisca injured his thigh in March and was ruled out for almost the rest of the season.

Mohammed Maran who tore his joint ligaments is also ruled out for the season. Meanwhile, the club from Riyadh will not have defender Aymeric Laporte due to a 2-game suspension against Al Riyadh for punching an opponent. Nawaf Al-Aqidi is still serving his 5-month ban. Nevertheless, the positive news for the team is that Ronaldo is expected to play and has the chance to break the record for the highest goalscorer in a single SPL season.

Al Ittihad: The big news for the last season’s champions is that Karim Benzema is unavailable. The player is rumored to leave the club after a season to forget. But lately, he was suffering from muscular issues and consulted Real Madrid’s medical team. Former Liverpool star Fabinho has been missing since March due to a muscle injury to his thigh. Abderazzak Hamdallah, Ahmed Hegazy, Luiz Felipe, Fabinho, Abdullah Al-Mayouf, and Omar Hawsawi are the other players expected to miss.
