The soccer world once again stands united for humanity in times of need. One of the biggest soccer-loving nations Brazil is suffering a crisis after the torrential rains hit the south of the country. The country’s best player Neymar and the world’s highest goalscorer Cristiano Ronaldo offered their support to the affected people recently. And now, the Saudi Pro League giants Al Nassr have joined in to show a kind gesture towards Ronaldo’s teammate whose hometown had been affected by the catastrophe.

After backing Neymar’s efforts of relief to his region, Al Nassr defender Alex Telles will now receive a tribute from the club. According to reports, a special banner will be placed for him keeping in mind the devastating impact of the floods in his state Rio de Grande do Sul. Telles belongs to Caxias do Sul the second-largest city of the province. He played for two native soccer clubs of Rio de Grande do Sul Juventude and Gremio before moving to Europe and subsequently landing in Riyadh.
