Wrexham has been one of the biggest soccer stories of the year. The club has attracted a great fan following thanks to Ryan Reynolds‘ association and their fairytale finish in the National League.
It seems like the club has also brought together a pair of fans who have been long-time fans of the club. Recently, a fan tagged the club on her social media handle, thanking them for bringing her close to her partner.

Fan thanks Wrexham as she starts a new chapter in her life
Chel Humphreys has been a Wrexham fan for a while now and has been present in attendance for most of their games. The superfan recently took to her Twitter handle to announce with her long-time partner. Humphreys met her partner seven years ago during a Wrexham game and it seems like her relationship has now reached a new chapter.

Humphreys in her post talked about how she and her partner met seven years ago during a Wrexham game watching former player Jordan Sky miss a crucial penalty for the team.
However, despite the bitter memory, the two have stayed together, and it seems like watching Wrexham bag the National League title has been one of the happiest moments for the couple.

The Red Dragons continue to gather a massive fan following
Wrexham has been a big success story, and the club has recently attracted a lot of new fans in the past few months. Their documentary, “Welcome to Wrexham” was a massive hit and has introduced the clubs to a new set of fans across the globe.

With the Hollywood effect, the clubs continue to grow in popularity and it will be interesting to see if they can hold on to their aim and achieve yet another promotion in League Two.

The team will kick-start their campaign against MK Dons in their opening fixture on the 5th of August and will hope to get going with a bang.
