Inter Miami midfielder Rob Taylor, in his recent interview, confirmed that Messi is taking English lessons and trying to keep up with the squad in terms of communication. Although the world champion’s English conversation skills are still developing, he is making progress with room for improvement. Taylor disclosed that he is also taking Spanish lessons to communicate better with the Argentine. The Finnish International said to Sky Sports, “I’m taking Spanish lessons, and he’s taking English lessons. Still, the conversation level isn’t great, but, on the field, it’s different.”
Lionel Messi had always strived to make a difference in the game of soccer. Despite the large Spanish-speaking community in South Florida, he was eager to learn English for his team and his stay in the United States.
