Ryan Reynolds is a proud owner of Wrexham AFC. The Deadpool star has helped the world’s third-oldest soccer club change its fortunes with co-owner Rob McElhenney. Reynolds’ unwavering support for the club has made him design a special baseball cap with the club’s logo. He often visits SToK Cae Ras, donning the same. Even McElhenney sported it on a few occasions. The latest was Hugh Jackman.
He showcases his love for the club even when he is shooting or with Blake Lively. One such snap is going viral on social media, where the Free Guy is roaming on New York streets with Blake Lively. It seems that one cannot separate the club from the Deadpool star.

Last season, fans saw Reynolds visiting Wrexham games in a unique baseball cap. It had a club’s logo on the front. It wasn’t for sale even on the club’s online or offline store. The fans were getting over social media, urging the co-chairman to launch the caps.
Moreover, it was only McElhenney whom fans saw wearing the merch. Finally, the Deadpool star responded to the demands and made the hat available to shop online.

However, Reynolds not only wears the merch for the games. The Reds fans have seen him sporting the Wrexham cap on many occasions off the field. On Wednesday, the snaps of Reynolds strolling on New York streets emerged over social media. He was seen roaming with Blake Lively, hand-in-hand. But what caught the eye of many was the Wrexham cap he donned during his walk.
Hugh Jackman, a new Red Dragons fan, also sported the same cap recently. Firstly, an Instagram post showcased the Wolverine with Wrexham merch outside a restaurant in Berlin. A few hours later, Jackman strolled on the streets of London with a Reds’ cap. Even Super Bowl winner and MVP Drew Bees got his hands on one such hat recently. The Ryan Reynolds update comes hours after a $630k setback.

A setback to Ryan Reynolds in the final moments of the transfer window
The Reds were in for strengthening the attack during the summer transfer window. They had to dig deep into the market because of the untimely Paul Mullin injury. The Red Dragons were on course to sign Luke Armstrong from Harrogate Town after agreeing the personal terms.

But that wasn’t meant to happen. The club left it too late and cost badly as the transfer failed. It was because Ryan Reynolds’ club didn’t submit the documents on time for the $630,000 transfer to go through. The club will now rely on its available attack until Mullin returns to the team.
