Despite all this, Shakira hasn’t stopped making music or doing good deeds. In fact, Shakira has racked up about $15 million since her breakup, and it looks like she’s decided to put some of that money toward helping others.

Shakira’s act of generosity to help children

It looks like the Colombian singer Shakira is giving back in goodwill to help children in need through her foundation, “Pies Descalzos”. The foundation was created by the singer in 1997 to help poor and in-need children in Colombia to help them acquire education and has constructed various schools across the nation.

Now the project is further advancing their help and building 6 new schools. This is an incredible act of generosity, and we’re so glad to see Shakira using her platform and her wealth to give back to those who need it most. This certainly puts a smile on everyone’s face and we love to see it.

How Shakira became $15 million richer since the split

Shakira has not let the end of her 11 year-relationship with Gerard Pique pull her down. In fact, the singer has bounced back and made almost $15 million dollars thanks to her talent for making wonderful songs. It all started with ‘Te Felicito’ a hit single that earned the artist $10 million.

After that, she released ‘Monotonia’ which added $3.5 million to her net worth. Then came the infamous Gerard Piqué diss track, ‘Bzrp Music Session #53’ that made her another $2.5 million. All in all, her total earnings from every track since the breakup were $15 million.

More interestingly, this does not even include the earning from her recent diss track, ‘TQG’ with Karol G which is sure to add even more to it. This just goes to show that Shakira is a powerhouse both in the music industry and in her personal life.
