On August 11th, Yanina appeared on a talk show called LAM, where she spoke about her long-lasting relationship with Diego as they celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary. During the program, the hosts of the show contacted Diego, giving Yanina the perfect opportunity to remind him of their special day.

She playfully said, “You owe me a ‘happy anniversary'”. To this, Diego jokingly replied, “It’s been 29 years putting up with you,” but surprisingly admitted that he had forgotten the date entirely. The conversation took an interesting turn when Yanina asked Diego about their plans to celebrate the evening.

Unfortunately for her, this was the very same evening when Inter Miami was scheduled to play Charlotte in the Leagues Cup Quarter-final. Diego explained that he had to watch the game in the evening. He jokingly added, “Today I’m not dedicating the night to you at all”. As the match played out, Inter Miami showcased their dominance with an impressive 4-0 win over Charlotte.

Messi displayed his exceptional skills by scoring a goal, adding to his outstanding tally since joining the team. With this, Lionel Messi unintentionally played a role in preventing a happy anniversary for Diego and Yanina. This conversation with Diego Latorre was not the only highlight for Yanina Latorre on a talk show in recent times. Just days ago she questioned the accomplishments of Messi’s wife, Antonela Roccuzzo.

Just before her most recent appearance, Yanina appeared as a guest star on an entertainment show. During this interview, she was asked to provide advice for young women interested in dating soccer players. The discussion took an interesting turn when Yanina brought up Roccuzzo and Messi.

She expressed her opinion that without Lionel Messi, Antonela Roccuzzo would not have achieved anything on her own. Yanina stated, “Antonela Roccuzzo, we love her, but she is Messi’s wife. She is hired by brands in Europe to advertise, but all because she is married to Messi. Alone, so far, she has achieved nothing”. These really are some eye-brow-raising comments from Latorre.
