Neymar‘s Al Hilal is in quite a pickle. After the flurry of reports that suggested Neymar had a dispute with Al Hilal coach Jorge Jesus, Al Hilal’s president has now stepped in. The Brazilian player had categorically denied his rift with the Al Hilal boss, citing that it was “fake news” and further lashed out angrily saying, “I ask you to stop this. This is a lot of disrespect.” This came after Saudi Arabian fans launched a #JesusOut trend on X.
Even after Neymar was back in the starting lineup, the fans were not happy with the club’s performances. Now, Al Hilal’s president Fahad Bin Nafel has made a statement.

After back-to-back underwhelming performances, Al Hilal’s fans are not happy – to say the least. Following their second consecutive draw, the club’s fans launched a campaign calling for the sacking of coach Jorge Jesus. However, Al Hilal’s president has now issued a response and rallying cry to the club’s fans to support their manager.
As this tweet on X, suggests, Fahad bin Nafel said, “What depends on all of us is to feel the responsibility and support our stars under the leadership of coach Jesus…and to be hand in hand in order for Al Hilal to continue first.”

This comes after Al Hilal had a blip in their excellent start to the season. The Riyadh-based club drew 1-1 to Navbahor in the AFC Champions League and then 1-1 to Damac in the SPL. This was despite Neymar playing the full 90 minutes in both games.
However, Neymar has since picked up a niggling issue and is racing to get fit for Al Hilal’s game against Al Shabab.

As we reported earlier, Neymar could be using NASA-developed equipment to get fit for Al Hilal’s game on Friday against Al Shabab.

However, whether the equipment is the same NASA-designed “Game Ready” device Neymar used to get fit for the 2016 FIFA World Cup or not, remains unknown. Nevertheless, Neymar and Al Hilal will certainly look to get back to winning ways against Al Shabab.

Al Hilal is currently second to Karim Benzema’s Al Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League table with just 1 point separating the clubs. So, it’s certain that this season’s SPL race is going to go down to the wire.
