The Tigers could have raided the Reds for the second time after snapping up their midfielder Fabinho. The Brazilian joined the club last week after concerns over the transfer. Ittihad has already added French superstars Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante to their ranks, along with 24-year-old Jota from Celtic. However, Mo Salah’s agent has denied all those rumors.
The offer arrived after Klopp raised concerns over Saudi signings to add to the agony. However, the player’s agent Ramy Abbas has said, “If we considered leaving Liverpool this year, we wouldn’t have renewed the contract at the club last summer. Mohamed remains committed to Liverpool.” That’s a massive update for Klopp, who recently raised concerns over the Saudi Arabia transfer window.

“UEFA or FIFA must find solutions for that,” are the recent words of Klopp. His concern is the transfer window deadline in Europe and Saudi Arabia. The summer transfer window in Europe ends on August 31 compared to September 20 in the Gulf nation. It means the Gulf clubs can approach European players, and if players accept the deals, clubs won’t be able to sign replacements until January.
Liverpool have lost their captain Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to Saudi clubs. Their Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino also joined Al Ahli last month after ending his contract. However, 31-year-old Salah has yet to offer more to soccer in English. He is in sensational form since joining the Merseyside club in 2017. And by staying at the club, he has comforted the fans and the manager with the Premier League season around the corner.
