A year after parting ways with each other, the public controversy between Gerard Pique and Shakira is still going on. When they broke up, the matter of discussion was about their children. Because of Milan and Sasha, both of them had to agree on a separation agreement. But the Waka–Waka singer handed her ex-boyfriend a straight NO in the last few days. After that, he had to drop the kids back to Miami.

In the next few days, there is a big family marriage in the Pique family. While the entire paternal side wanted Milan and Sasha to be present for it, their mother denied the request.

Earlier this month, Shakira got the kids to Barcelona so that they could spend time with their father. All of a sudden, the topic regarding Marc Pique’s wedding came up. The FC Barcelona legend wanted his children to attend his brother’s wedding. But as their mother denied his request, he had to drop them back to Miami. Milan and Sasha spent two weeks with their paternal side of the family.

The FC Barcelona legend dropped them back to their new base in the US on June 17. Without a doubt, they spent quite a lowkey vacation with their dad. The Kings League owner made it a point to surprise Sasha, his younger son. He drove him to his old school so that he could meet his friends. Reports also claim that he explained to his friends how he lives his new life.

The soccer veteran had no choice but to ask for a week’s extension at least. That is because he had to return back the kids on June 17. But the Colombian icon handed him a big NO for just one single reason. She didn’t want her younger ones to come in contact with Clara Chia Marti. Since day one, the Hips Don’t Lie singer has been hellbent and adamant on this one clause.

Reportedly, there was no other underlying thought behind the refusal. But the plan will still go on. Pique will formally announce his decision to take the next step with his girlfriend. On the other hand, the Waka–Waka singer is battling her own set of demons.
