According to recent reports, Wrexham’s opening game could have stars in presence as rival and close friend Hugh Jackmam could join Wrexham owner, Ryan Reynolds, in attendance. Jackman and Reynolds share a friendly rivalry, with the Australian star also given the offer to own Wrexham’s rivals for just $1.

Hugh Jackman was offered Wrexham’s rivals for $1

While Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds have been on-screen rivals, they share a friendly banter in real life. The duo could have been rivals on the soccer pitch as well. Jackman, in an interview, revealed that a non-league team had offered him to buy their shares for just $1 but he was reluctant to make the deal.

However, the duo can still be rivals on the field if Wrexham goes head-to-head against Jackman’s favorite Norwich City if they meet on the field in the coming future.
