After a decisive victory against Al Nassr, Al Hilal’s Ali Al-Bulayhi marked the occasion with a distinctive celebration. The Saudi Arabian international took an unconventional approach by sharing a picture collage created by 433 on Instagram. The montage featured two moments: the first capturing him in conversation with Lionel Messi during the 2022 World Cup, and the second portraying his recent confrontation with CR7 in the derby. 

Aside from this, he added a fiery caption, saying, “I was born for these types of challenges. Make sure that I am always ready for these challenges.” As if the defeat wasn’t disheartening enough, Ali Al-Bulayhi gleefully rubbed salt in the wounds of Cristiano Ronaldo and Co.

The reason he added this picture is that earlier, he managed to defeat Lionel Messi’s Argentina 2-1 in the opening group stage matches of the 2022 World Cup while with his national side Saudi Arabia.

Following the triumph over Al Nassr, Al Hilal’s president had a special announcement to make after the full-time whistle. He declared a cash bonus of 25,000 for each player as a reward for their performance. Despite not controlling possession, the team somehow managed to secure three points against Cristiano Ronaldo-led club. Additionally, winning in the absence of their star player Neymar, adds an extra noteworthy element to the victory.
