After Ban for 4 Games, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr Forced to Wait for a Response From Saudi Bosses on Star Player

Cristiano Ronaldo will be returning to Al Nassr following the international break. But upon his arrival, he may not find his two domestic teammates, who were suspended due to disgraceful behavior. While the Middle Eastern side was seeking answers to the four-game ban for their star player, they are being forced to play the waiting game as Saudi bosses fail to provide one.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo must be in high spirits after giving back-to-back enthralling performances for his country.

Al Nassr forced by Saudi bosses to stay in a suspenseful limbo

Earlier, Al Nassr received bad news regarding their two-star players, Sultan Al-Ghannam and Abdulaziz Al-Eliwa. While Al-Ghannam received a four-game ban, Al-Eliwa was handed a two-game suspension, along with a fine of up to $2,666. According to earlier reports, both players were suspended due to their disgraceful behavior in a league match.

Interestingly, a few days ago, Al Nassr requested specific reasons for Al-Ghannam’s suspension to file an appeal against the defender’s punishment. However, even after waiting for six days, the secretariat of the Saudi Federation has not responded to the Riyadh-based club. Certainly, despite the efforts from Luis Castro’s side to seek answers, the Saudi bosses continue to refrain from explaining their side.

Be that as it may, it’s quite peculiar why the federation is ignoring Al Nassr’s request for answers. If they don’t get a chance to appeal before the upcoming SPL game against Dumac, Al-Ghannam will be forced to miss that match.
