Lionel Messi announced his Sport-Tech firm named Play Time aimed to invest in Sports, Media, and Tech startups and will be based in san Francisco.
While talking about the firm, Messi released a statement in which he said, “I am excited to extend our roots into Silicon Valley, and I am thrilled that Play Time will collaborate with daring entrepreneurs from all over the world.”

The Argentinian star has partnered with Razmig Hovaghimian, who also partnered with him on Viki. Lionel Messi and Razmig ended up selling Viki to a Japanese e-commerce giant for $200 Million. So, it is clear that this isn’t Lionel Messi’s first step in the business world.
