During his podcast, a couple of weeks back, USMNT veteran Alexi Lalas called Folarin Balogun a position in need for the team. He said “While soccer isn’t king, everybody can understand the importance of recruitment. But, I mean sometimes it is literally that. It’s like show them that you care… So, all right well, I mean he is a goal scorer. He is a position of need and he can play for the US“.
