USWNT Superstar Alex Morgan Responds to Tiger Woods’ Heartwarming ‘Checklist’ Moment Following Win Over Ireland

Although the past few days have been concerning for USWNT fans, one lucky fan has got her dream come true through Alex Morgan. Fans had just seen their hopes of a smooth World Cup go down with an injury. Is it season-ending? Fans are still looking for an answer, hoping to have Mallory Swanson back in the squad.

With all the chaos, a very heartwarming story has recently come out. Alex Morgan is back to winning the hearts of the fans of USWNT. The story branched out from Golf and now has seen its second phase from soccer. Immediately after the friendly match against Ireland, Alex Morgan took it to stand to fulfill a young fan’s dream.

Alex Morgan fulfilled the bucket list

After winning the match, which USWNT fans would want to erase from their memories, Morgan didn’t forget to have interactions with the fans. She noticed one young fan was present in the stands with a big poster. She had a list of her wishes mentioned on the chart.

The young fan had 2 wishes for herself. Along with visiting for a USWNT, she had mentioned her wish to meet her idol, Alex Morgan. Not only did Morgan meet the fan she also signed the chart that she carried. She took it to Twitter to reply to PGA Tour.

About one month ago, the PGA Tour shared a very similar story with the legend Tiger Woods. He also got one of the young fans and completed his ‘Bucket list’. Replying to the same Tweet, the USWNT megastar wrote, “Sunday Checklists“.

When a kid met Tiger Woods

Back in February, PGA Tour’s official Twitter handle shared a clip of Tiger Woods shaking hands with a young kid. The camera then panned revealing the chard the kid had. It was a bucket list. The top item on the list is what this story is all about.

The kid had successfully got a heart transplant. Following that she wanted to meet Tiger Woods, and it became a reality. The last item on that list was Play Augusta, well we will have to wait for that one. Although at the young age of 9, Madelyn Quinn has achieved some accolades in Golf.
