One must wonder at the immaculate success Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have endured so far. Aside from a booming acting career, they have wishfully turned their fortunes around as astute businessmen. Following an investment in Wrexham, the Hollywood stars quickly invested in F1’s Alpine team. But, while news houses around the world continue to spread headlines, it has led to some interesting developments.

Alongside Reynolds and McElhenney, another Hollywood superstar Michael B. Jordan was also a part of the significant $218 million investment. However, it is majorly the Deadpool star who is making it to the headlines. In fact, his friend McElhenney even took a hilarious dig at it.

While it’s the trio of Hollywood stars who made the major investment in F1’s Alpine, many are still only giving Reynolds the highest regard. Some news outlets are outlining just the Canadian as the key investor and omitting Jordan’s name and, in a few places, McElhenney’s as well.

Interestingly, this was recently called out by the It’s Always Sunny actor. He tweeted a picture of the headline that read, “Ryan Reynolds and Celebrities Invest $218 million Into Alpine F1.” Moreover, above that picture, he wrote, “I mean I’m used to it. But how are you gonna do this to my guy @michaelb4jordan????” by adding two laughing emojis.

For those who are still scratching their heads, allow us to explain. Apparently, the aforementioned headline has deliberately omitted not only McElhenney’s name but also Michael B’s name as well. Despite investing equally, the majority of the media is highlighting Reynolds more than the other two stars.

As for McElhenney, he is apparently used to it, as he mentioned in the tweet. Perhaps this comes following their Red Dragons’ takeover days when both Reynolds and McElhenney put their money into the Welsh club. However, it was the Canadian actor who took the spotlight. Be that as it may, it was quite a hilarious call from McElhenney. Likewise, let’s know more about their investment.
