The Waka–Waka singer has seemingly taken a much-needed vacation after a busy last few weeks. On the other hand, Gerard Pique is in Barcelona preparing for his brother’s marriage on June 24.

While Pique’s marriage plans with Clara Chia Marti are on hold, Shakira needs to still make a comment on her new relationship with Lewis Hamilton. A report recently claimed that the singer has already planned a secret getaway with the F1 racer.

Shakira is on vacation in Costa Rica!

On Thursday morning, the paparazzi spotted the Colombian icon in Costa Rica. A report claims that the singer has flown down to Central America for her vacation. Along with her kids, the Grammy Award winner is gearing up to spend some time off the camera. But images of the singer along with general fans are already circulating on social media.

CR Hoy reports that Tom Brady’s ex Gisele Bundchen invited the Latin American singer and her kids. Bundchen seemingly has a mansion in Saint Teresa and she occasionally visits it. But this time, she has popular company for sure! Currently, the Grammy Award winner and her family are residing in the Intercontinental Hotel. The last time Shakira traveled to Costa Rica was to inaugurate the National Stadium.

The Waka–Waka singer has also traveled to Costa Rica for another reason. During her vacation, she intends on surfing to her heart’s content. The fans are well aware of her passion for water sports. Quite often, she posts short video clips of herself perfecting her skills to ride the waves.

A few days ago, popular journalist Jordi Martin revealed an important piece of information on Shakira. He claimed that the Colombian icon and her rumored boyfriend had planned a short vacation. He said, “Hamilton and Shakira are planning to go on vacation together and I already know the destination. Caribbean country, short trip and about an hour”.

Keeping in mind their joint passion for surfing, the Caribbean seems like a prime vacation spot for the two of them. That will also give the reported celebrity couple some private time away from the cameras. Similar to this, Gerard Pique and Clara Chia Marti had also sneaked out for a secret getaway to the Middle East, earlier in the year.
