The group acquired a 24% stake in the team. Apart from that, Reynolds sold his gin company, Aviation Gin, for $610 million to another European alcohol company.

Alpine team said in a statement, “The transaction values Alpine Racing Ltd. around $900 million following this investment. It will accelerate Alpine’s growth plans and sporting ambitions in F1.”
