Dwayne Johnson gave his pep talk for The Gals
Back in 2015, the USWNT locked horns with Japan during the FIFA World Cup finals that were being held in Vancouver, Canada. The Americans were coming off with an easy 2-0 win against Germany. Whereas, the Japanese clinched a dramatic winning goal against England.
The USWNT already had some unfinished business left with the Japanese, who lost the previous final in 2011 on penalties.
And before the finals, the Rocky Champion had few motivating words for the Gals.
“Remember that you guys are the greatest in the world at what you do. And I say that with all respect to the other teams, you are the greatest in the world at what you do. You have earned it. You guys are rock stars, you guys are warriors. At the end of the day you are 23 of the biggest bada***es walking God’s green earth.” said Dwayne.
