Ryan Reynolds’ trainer reveals major mistake to avoid
Don Saladino is one of the most popular celebrity trainers, and Ryan is one of his clients. He also serves as a trainer for Blake Lively and Hugh Jackman. Hence, Saladino recently had crucial advice for all the fitness freaks who perform back squats.
“Most of the general population is lacking freedom in their body and they’re tight in certain areas that will not allow them to be able to back squat efficiently,” Saladino said.

The moment is beneficial. However, he believes there’s a lot of risk in the process. In fact, not everyone has the mobility to perform back squats correctly. The $5 million worth of celeb trainer insisted there are other safe and comfortable ways to train the muscle.
Saladino believes split squats, rear foot elevated split squats, front squats, goblet squats, Zercher squats, Frankenstein squats, and single-leg squats are the best exercise to follow. “There are so many things you can exhaust first that are so much safer and that aren’t going to put people into a compromising position,” he added.
Wrexham marches to glory
These were, of course, some helpful tips from his trainer, as Ryan himself looks quite fit. However, besides keeping himself in shape, the Hollywood actor is also keeping his team in top-notch condition.

Aside from that, Ryan also acquired the signing of Billy Waters from League Two side Barrow. The striker has joined the Dragons until 2025, as he’ll be looking to get his new side to achieve multiple promotions.
