One such is was partner, Kipp Popert, who was truly astonished by the Serb’s performance of the court. Popert said: “It’s been incredible. I was telling Novak that I’ve had a lot of operations in my life, and as a kid, I tried to visualize what it was like to be in scenarios like this – what it would feel like.”

Popert couldn’t hold back his emotions as he called Djokovic one of the best athletes. He said he would look upon to learning more from the Serb. “I actually can’t believe how comfortable I was. And having one of the greatest sportsmen ever just be an absolute gentleman and make this experience wonderful was great fun, and I really enjoyed it,” said Popert.

However, the Djoker himself took inspiration from the celebration of the 38 years young, Portuguese international after his stellar shot.
