After a gap of three years, the Ryder Cup is finally back. The Team USA, who lost the cup in 2018, is trying to take it back from the Europeans from the Whistling Straits. Meanwhile, so far after the Friday morning foursomes, the United States currently leads the event with a score of 3-1. Apart from Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas, every other American group managed to secure a point. However, this is just the start, and still, there are plenty of matches remaining in this event.
Meanwhile, in the morning foursomes session, the course was playing slightly easier. But it is expected to become tougher as the winds will start to pick up speed, making the distance control a strenuous task.

Jordan Spieth played an unfathomable shot on the 17th hole but sadly couldn’t win the match. Meanwhile, Stricker had paired Spieth and JT together. These two took on the Spanish duo Jon Rahm and Sergio Garcia. This Spanish duo had four birdies on the front nine, thanks to Rahm’s red hot putter.

Meanwhile, on the 17th hole, Justin Thomas hit a wayward tee shot on the 213 yards par-3. The ball bounced left off a bank and went deep into the native grass with an uphill lie.
However, Jordan somehow managed to get his stance and chipped the ball back on the green. Moreover, due to an awkward stance, Spieth lost his balance and had almost splashed in the lake.

But still, he managed to pull off this stroke, which looked like an impossible one to play. However, even after this wonderful shot, Spieth could not prevent the loss as JT missed the putt, and the game finished on the 17th hole with a score of 3&1. This was the only loss that Team USA suffered in the morning session.
