Rumored PlayStation Showcase games list seems too good to be true

Recently, a rumored leak about the PlayStation Showcase became quite popular in the gaming community. The leak involves the list of shows and games that will be broadcasted during the event happening tomorrow. This includes some mouth-watering future releases that should excite the entire community. Popular game designer David Jaffe recently reacted to it and shed some light on this topic.

He mentioned that the list seems too good to be true. Along with that, he also mentioned that events like this wouldn’t normally have a list circulating in the inner circles a day before the event. Plus, he also stated that many game developers don’t know what will be showcased tomorrow, and it seems like changes can be made at the last moment. But, Jaffe believed that fans might hear some news about the titles shown on the list on Thursday.

News about God of War: Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7, Spider-Man 2, and many more

The list included possible trailers for games that will arrive in 2022 and later. This included the long-awaited news for God of War: Ragnarok and the sequel to the 2018 Spider-Man game developed by Insomniac Games. Plus, we might even see a gameplay trailer for Gran Turismo 7, which was announced during the PlayStation 5 reveal last year. The event might even see the announcement of a remastered collection for Infamous and Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 2.

Other announcements include games like Forspoken and Dragon’s Dogma 2. Fans might also see a new Sly Cooper game as well soon for both PS4 and PS5. Additionally, it looks like popular game designer Hideo Kojima might also have some big news to share concerning Abandoned, a game he has been heavily linked to Silent Hills. Finally, fans of the iconic Metal Gear Solid franchise might have something to cheer about as well in a new remake titled Bluepoint.
