India opener Rohit Sharma took a cheeky dig at Shardul Thakur on his birthday as the Indian speedster celebrated his 28 birthday on Wednesday. Rohit took the opportunity and posted a funny tweet for this occassion.
Shardul Thakur made his International debut wearing the no.10 Jersey which is legendary as well. Number 10 previously worn by the batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar himself and many thought the jersey number should never be used again. However, he was forced to change the jersey number from 10 to 54.
Although his internationl stint didn’t stay long and he is out of form currently. However, he is a key player of the Mumbai team in the domestic circuit. While Shardul Thakur wants to forget the memory of having worn the no.10 Jersey, his Mumbai teammate bought the controversy back again in a most hilarious way on his social media.

Shardul Thakur, however, was the first person to wear the number 10 jersey after the little master Sachin Tendulkar, although BCCI unofficially retiring the shirt. Even Rohit Sharma acknowledged his attempt at donning the famous jersey on his twitter.
