On the other hand, Reilly Opelka, too, suffered an early exit in Washington, losing to Australian player John Millman. In the week prior to the Citi Open, both players were competing in Atlanta.

Kyrgios lost in the second round whereas Opelka came as far as the quarterfinal, before losing to Taylor Fritz in three closely fought sets.

Kyrgios vs Opelka: Prediction

Both players are big servers; so, for either of them to get the better of each other, they need their services to be on point. However, there will be a point when they will engage in rallies.

Kyrgios has the ability to produce some extraordinary things and Opelka may find it hard to cope up with the Australian stars’ display of skills.
