The Swiss maestro, Roger Federer once again played some sublime tennis on the banks of River Rhine and reached his 15th final in Basel after defeating Stefanos Tsitsipas. World Number three, Federer will take on the young Australian, Alex de Minaur to complete his collection of 10 titles in his hometown.
To reach the finals, Minaur played some taxing tennis against the American giant Reilly Opelka. The 20-year-old, Minaur has just dropped a set in the Basel tournament and is expected to be a tough opponent for Federer.
The artist of tennis, Federer is excited for his next match in Basel as his Sunday’s match-win would extend his Swiss Indoors title count to number ten. Previously, in Germany this year Federer lifted his tenth Halle Open title and claimed his version of ‘La Decima’ for the very first time.

“It’s going to be a very special match tomorrow eyeing a 10th title, happened only once to me so far in Halle, I‘m relaxed in a good mood, will try to push him (Alex de Minaur) to the limit, he has a lot of self confidence and is very dangerous on this surface indoor,” Roger Federer said.
