The 2021 tennis season has just begun with the Delray Beach Open and Abu Dhabi Open. However, these are warm-up events for one of the biggest tournaments in the sport – the Australian Open. Many people are looking forward to this event especially since it will feature the return of many players like Bianca Andreescu.

Due to injury, the Canadian star was absent from the entire 2020 tennis season. However, she has now recovered and is ready for her return to professional tennis in Melbourne.

Like any player, she has to practice before the event but things are different. Due to quarantine restrictions, her hitting partners are limited and fans are curious to know who she will practice with. It has now been revealed that she will be hitting with World No. 19 Elena Rybakina in the second week of quarantine. She will surely be a great hitting partner!

Due to Bianca Andreescu’s long break from the Tour, she has fallen in the rankings to World No. 7. While this is certainly great, it is far definitely she wants to be as she was once at No. 4.

The Canadian star is looking forward to going up in the rankings and a win in Melbourne will surely help in that. She can earn 2000 points which will help her jump to a career-high ranking of  No. 3.

Bianca is surely looking to do this but it’s not going to be easy as it is her first tournament after injury. It will be difficult for her to play her best. However, no one can count her out of doing so and hopefully, she will win it when it begins on February 8th.
