Ricciardo will partner current driver Nico Hülkenberg, leaving the other driver, Carlos Sainz Jr weighing his own options. The 29-year old will join the French manufacturer on a two-year deal. In his entire F1 career so far, Ricciardo has seven Grands Prix wins under his belt. He even has 29 podiums to his name. The driver, hailing from Perth is a familiar face in the Renault family. This is because he has driven in Renault junior series between 2007 and 2011 and has been powered by Renault engines in F1 since 2014.
