The RBC Heritage 2021 begins this Thursday, and the tournament is back to its old schedule. Top players will enter the field fresh from competing at the 2021 Masters, and Dustin Johnson is one among them. The World No. 1 is also the favorite to win the tournament, and he’s been paired with the phenomenal Will Zalatoris! 

The RBC Heritage is back for its 54th edition this year, and the field is composed of a variety of golfers who have the capacity to challenge for the title. As for defending champion Webb Simpson, the seven-time PGA Tour winner is expected to contend strongly at the Harbour Town Golf Links this year.

The RBC Heritage 2021 has a notable field of participants this year. The top players in the world are all eying the $7.1 million prize purse, and there are four featured groups to keep an eye on. 

The tournament begins April 15, and here are the featured groups for the first 36-holes:

Top Picks to win RBC Heritage 2021

The favorite to win at Harbour Town this year is the World No.1 Dustin Johnson. Although he exited the 2021 Masters in disappointing fashion, the South Carolina native has been a frequent participant at the RBC Heritage of late.

While the odds are favoring Johnson, the expert picks are somewhat contrary. PGATOUR.COM experts are majorly favoring Cameron Smith or either Webb Simpson to win the tournament. The names of Si Woo Kim and Brian Harman are in the mix too.

On the whole, these five players are expected to fight for a shot at winning the title at RBC Heritage 2021. Johnson has never won his home state tournament before. Can he do it this time?
